These units don't come with external power supplies. There's a known issue where one of the rack ears is bent, as shown in the photos.

Using your Pivitec e32 Personal Mixer is easy. Just connect your audio sources to the mixer and start adjusting the levels to get the perfect sound. Remember, this set doesn't come with a power supply, so you'll need to use your own. Also, be careful with the bent rack ear. When moving or setting up the mixer, try not to put too much pressure on it. For maintenance, keep the mixer in a clean and dry place. Wipe it down regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If you have any problems, check the photos that show the bent rack ear for reference.
