These units don't come with external power supplies. There's a known issue where the back of the frame is slightly bent, as shown in the photos.

Using the Pivitec e32 Personal Mixer is easy. First, connect your audio sources to the mixer. Since it doesn't come with a power supply, you'll need to use your own compatible one. When setting it up, be careful as the back of the frame is slightly bent, so handle it gently. For maintenance, keep it in a dry and clean place. Regularly dust it off with a soft cloth. Don't expose it to extreme temperatures or humidity. And always disconnect the power supply when not in use to ensure safety.
