This ZeeVee ZvPro820 unit is a 2-channel HDMI encoder and QAM modulator. Please note that it does not come with a power supply. It runs on firmware version 1.8.3.27622. There are two known issues: two warnings appear in the firmware, and one of the mounting ears is slightly bent.

To use the ZeeVee ZvPro820, first, you'll need to get a suitable power supply as it doesn't come with one. Connect it to your HDMI source and the relevant output devices according to your needs. When you start it up, be aware that there might be two warnings in the firmware, but this doesn't necessarily affect normal use. Check the mounting ears when you install it. One of them is slightly bent, but it should still work fine for mounting. For maintenance, keep it in a dry and cool place. Clean it gently with a soft cloth from time to time to keep it dust - free. If you face any major issues, it's advisable to contact ZeeVee support.
