This unit doesn't come with a power supply. There are some known issues: the button covers for Mute, Input Selector 1, and Input Selector 4 are missing.

Using this Kramer VS - 41HC HDMI switcher is easy. Connect your HDMI devices to the inputs of the switcher. Since it doesn't have a power supply, make sure your connected devices are powered properly. When using, you'll notice that the Mute, Input Selector 1, and Input Selector 4 buttons don't have covers, but this won't stop you from normal operation. Just press the corresponding buttons carefully. For maintenance, keep it in a dry and clean place. Don't expose it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. If you need to clean it, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface gently.
