There is a known issue where the blue LED on Channel B fails to light up.

To use this Clear - Com intercom remote station, first connect it properly to your system. When in use, select the desired channel. Be aware that the blue LED on Channel B might not light up, but this doesn't affect the normal function of the channel. For maintenance, keep the station in a dry and clean place. Periodically check the connections to ensure they are secure. If you face any other issues, contact customer support.
