Panel (Model No.: V1P - 001, Version: 12.1a MD, Build number 0121). Frame (Model No.: 4400AR - 203, Version: 12.1a MD, Build number 0121). It features 16 inputs and 16 outputs. There are no redundant power supplies, and no Vision Touch Screen is included. However, any display, keyboard, and mouse can be used with this unit. It comes with the correct power supply. There are some known issues: the label screens have dead pixels (as shown in the picture), there's splattered white paint on the surface, and the blue LED indicator for Key 3 doesn't work, but this doesn't affect functionality as the red and green ones still work.

Using this Ross Vision QMD 1 M/E video switcher is easy. First, connect the correct power supply to the unit. Then, you can hook up your display, keyboard, and mouse. There's no need for a specific Vision Touch Screen as any standard display setup will do. When using the 16 inputs and outputs, make sure your devices are properly connected. As for the known issues, don't worry about the dead pixels on the label screens or the splattered paint - they're just cosmetic. And even though the blue LED for Key 3 doesn't work, the switcher functions just fine. To maintain it, keep it in a clean and dry place. Regularly check the connections to ensure everything is secure. Also, make sure the power supply is in good condition.
