Using this Shure PGA48 microphone is easy. Just turn on the on/off switch and start singing or speaking. When not in use, turn it off to save power. As for the slightly dented grille, it doesn't affect the overall performance much, but try to handle the microphone gently to avoid further damage. To keep it in good condition, clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Don't expose it to extreme temperatures or moisture.
