To use this Crestron touch screen, first make sure it's properly connected to power and relevant devices. Navigate through the screen using your fingers just like on a regular tablet. But be aware, there's an issue currently where you can't do a factory reset because of the login and passcode blocking the setup menu and home page. If you face this problem, try reaching out to Crestron support. For maintenance, keep the screen clean by using a soft, dry cloth to wipe it gently. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials on the screen as this could damage it.
